Dina Titus files for Congressional District 3 |
|
May 13, 2008 - Sen. Dina Titus today filed as a candidate for Congressional District 3, promising to bring Nevada values and common sense to Washington.
“This race isn’t going to be personal, it’s going to be about the issues,” Titus said. “I’m going to be a champion for people in Congressional District 3.”
Titus, who has served in the state Senate for 20 years, was joined by her husband and state Sens. Valerie Weiner and Bob Coffin. As he did 20 years ago when Titus first ran for state Senate, Coffin paid Titus’ candidate filing fee.
